Craniosacral Therapy
It is so important to be heard, seen and held in a safe space; for our bodies and minds to feel ease and calm. My intention is to provide clients with the opportunity to slow down and reset; to help cultivate inner peace and acceptance of what's showing up in the present moment. Through all my training in body and energy work, I have found Craniosacral Therapy to be the most profound way for me to serve these goals.
Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle hands-on form of bodywork that has a deeply calming effect on your central nervous system and works with the body's innate ability to heal itself.

During the treatment I will gently hold areas of your body (such as the feet, sacrum, diaphragm, chest and head), listening and feeling with my hands to what your body's muscles, fascia and fluids are communicating. In this meditative space, your body is given space to speak through its rhythms and tension patterns. As your body is ready, the release of held patterns and a return to balance can be facilitated through manual and/or somato-emotional release techniques.
Clients remain fully clothed and simply lie in a comfortable position on a padded treatment table.
