Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged $40. No call/no shows will be charged for the full session amount.

What to expect

A 75 minute session is combined with soothing massage of the scalp, hands and feet to help you settle in and relax. During the treatment I will gently hold areas of your body (such as the feet, sacrum, diaphragm, chest and head), listening and feeling with my hands to what your body's muscles, fascia and fluids are communicating. In this meditative space, your body is given space to speak through its rhythms and tension patterns. As your body is ready, the release of held patterns and a return to balance can be facilitated through manual and/or somato-emotional release techniques. ​The client remains fully clothed and simply lies in a comfortable position on a padded treatment table. I will continue to wear a face mask to support health and reduce the spread of viruses; masks optional for clients. reduce the spread of viral infection, face masks are requested.
